Dun Rite Stock Farm is a cow calf and backgrounding operation near the town of Bentley Alberta that
operates a commercial and purebred cow calf herd, backgrounding enterprise and commercial bred
heifer program.
We are currently looking to add another individual to our expanding operation. We are seeking an
individual for the primary responsibility of feeding cattle. Opportunities for additional days and
responsibilities is possible dependent on skill set. Individuals with experience in a combination of the
following skills are encouraged to apply.
Cattle feeding - including operating feed wagon, skid steer and bale processor.
Fence building and maintenance.
Mechanical experience
Welding experience
General farm knowledge
We are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and keen attitude to learn.
This position is part-time, salary will be dependent on experience, housing is not available, must have
reliable transportation and acceptable drivers abstract. Hours will be Saturday and Sunday 8:00am
1:00pm with potential for additional days and hours during busy seasons or during specific tasks.
