45 mpg HWY but 60 MPG CITY!!

10 of 12 years, ran only in Florida. Here's Porsche, my Prius V ;)

I'm just posting this now as I'd rather start this sooner than later however it will not be ready to go until May 1-3. I'm doing this early to gain some interest in this unique hybrid product. It is quite exceptional for being 12 years old, missing winter driving every year, but two of them, the lack of rust shows that!! Worth an easy 2 grand as my sister who owns a Corolla has over 525,000 km on it… and it's still moving!

So here, a 2012 silver Prius V with moonroof and tinted windows, complete summer winter tire sets. Only winter driven for two seasons, 5 years ago and including this one. Making this vehicle in magnificent condition!! . Yes I will post better interior pictures as soon as I detail it as that has been all winter growing! The carpet and the pleather need it. What you see is what you get, an awesome ride. Also, the CVT transmission makes this gas electric vehicle shift effortlessly, you don't even feel it and moves quite fluidly and smooth! And the suspension… Wow, Toyota really balanced this platform out. As seen in it's useful life pics, it has only seen the snow for 2 seasons! As per the underneath pictures and the two door wells that I opened show. Take a good look, as you can see, NO rush NO scale, no degradation of the floorboards! All the original paint is really is quite spectacular!!! With a couple bottles of ‘liquid glass' polymer finish polish to go with it! ;)

Being a wagon, it is practical for almost everything, especially in moving things or using it as a utility kind of vehicle; but when it is free, it handles like a sports car!! I even transported my son's twin boxspring and mattress and bedframe in it! Mind you, I was pulled up quite close to the steering wheel, but I closed the hatch!! . I have travelled to Toronto 3 times, to Philadelphia, to Orlando x2, and back-and-forth to Charlottetown over a dozen times; always dealer maintained! I call it Porsche for a reason as it is effortless on the highway especially passing up a hill! We can talk about that… :-)

It goes into the Toyota dealership April 14 to have the Michelin summer tires put back on (Mission Ice winter taken off) and a multi point seasonal check over; $250 value! have kept it for the past eight years and I would keep it more, but I am moving out of the country and to store it, it will simply depreciate… Someone might as well love it like I do!! I'm just throwing it out now to gain interest! ;)

Thank you so much for looking guys, I promise you will NOT be disappointed with the comfort and drive feel with this ride. You / me & a test drive will show that… :). The Michelin tires still have 2 full seasons left on each of them and they cost me $1000 for each set of 4. They are good sneakers on the ground! ;)

OK guys, now that is all the exceptional sale stuff, here is the real stuff! Obviously, I love this car!! :). As it has never been in a motor vehicle accident, in 2020 a drunk driver hit a telephone pole on the road. The pole broke and as my car was parked on the side of the street that night, it fell on the roof of my car, bounced off as it has an acrylic moonroof, then came down the passenger side. It caused some molded quarter panel damage to roof line that I repaired 90%.

However from an insurance point of view, the parts and labour bill was more than the car value so they paid me the balance and wrote it off. I then repaired it with good quality parts and it passed a new safety function/inspection to be recertified! I've driven it 100%, to Toronto not once but twice, to Orlando & Philadelphia and it has NO issues with the frame or wheel bearings; it drives as perfectly as it used too! You will feel that 120% when you/I go for a test drive! If I wasn't moving away out of country, I would keep it, but with depreciation and time, it makes sense to sell! On the test drive, he will see that it IS Porsche the Prius! ;)

Again, it was all just cosmetic. As it drives perfectly, I am notgoing to pay for a VI when that was the only issue… previous dealer verified in Mississauga and me!

btw. 2 things. The cloth summer mats are under the winter rubber mats and a high detailed picture of the new front end because of winter snow and ice damage!
