PAB Contractors is looking for an experienced residential construction project manager. You'll be ensuring our projects are delivered on time and on budget.
This role requires excellent communication skills, as you'll collaborate with various people, such as construction workers, clients, architects/engineers, and our subcontractors. In order to succeed, it's important to know how to implement code requirements, quality workmanship, health, and safety standards on site.

Responsibilities will include:
• Corresponding with Owners/Clients and making sure all project details are handled.
• Reviewing Shop Drawings and Submittals for accuracy.
• Developing cost estimates and proposals.
• Scheduling the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients.
• Obtain necessary permits.
• Confer with superintendents or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
• Submit change orders.
• Submit purchase orders.
• Ensure the project is progressing according to schedule, managing issues that arise.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific portions of the project.
• Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
• Develop and implement quality control programs.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
• Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
• Evaluate construction methods and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control.

• Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

• Verbal and written grammar/spelling skills that check and correct typos.
