Job Title: Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setter (Commission Only)

Location: Calgary, AB & Surrounding areas

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Earn on Closed Deals)

We are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setters. Your role is simple: knock on doors, engage homeowners in conversation, and schedule appointments for our solar consultants. No selling required—just set the appointment, and we'll handle the rest!

This is a commission-only position, meaning you'll get paid a percentage of each deal closed from the appointments you set. The more qualified appointments you generate, the more you earn!

Responsibilities:
• Canvass residential neighborhoods to engage homeowners about the benefits of solar energy
• Educate potential customers on the savings and benefits of solar (training provided)
• Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants
• Log appointments and homeowner details accurately
• Follow up with leads as needed
