Inside Sales Representative – Milton (Day Shift, On-Site) – Up to $60K

We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Milton! This role involves providing support to dealers and the sales team, handling inquiries related to pricing, availability, and shipping, and managing orders through CRM Salesforce and SAP systems. You will also coordinate shipments, resolve discrepancies, and assist with special events like trade shows and dealer meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle dealer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM

Manage sales orders and secure credit approval

Schedule shipments and handle back-order processing

Resolve shipping and invoicing issues

Support corporate events (occasional travel required)

Requirements:

Strong communication skills

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and SAP

Detail-oriented and team player

Salary: Up to $60K/year
Shift: Day shift, On-site in Milton
