A room is coming available in my home on May 01. The room consists of a full size bed, large dresser, computer table & chair and also a small fridge and TV. Rent is $800.00 and that includes a lunch and supper daily along with weekly laundry service, bedding changing and floors cleaned. It also includes the utilities and wifi . There is no substance usage allowed of any type on the property. Preference given to male senior, employed or student.
