Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our office by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and report preparation
- Coordinating office supplies and inventory management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
