Work Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Permanent Full Time)

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Building with high competency with various masonry units and build formats for residential, commercial, and heritage builds
* Hitting production benchmarks and daily build targets efficiently
* Laying bricks and/or stone veneer and fullbed facing
* Build patios, garden walls and other landscape installations
* Lay bricks and/or stones to build or conserve residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces
* Remove, fabricate, and replace stone elements in heritage structures
* Instruct/mentor apprentices

Job Requirements:
* Min of 5 years of masonry experience
* Able to lift up to 50lbs
* Passionate about masonry craftsmanship with pride and excellence
* Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication (verbally and in writing)
* Punctuality and strong personal organization skills
* Maintain a strong commitment to safety, adhering to all protocols and ensuring a secure work environment
* Must have basic masonry tools
* Occasional travel to job sites outside of Victoria
* Valid Drivers license
* Red Seal Bricklayer (401A) ticket is not required but would be an asset
