This devise allows you to scroll up and down for things like music lyrics on a tablet or I pad. Connects via Bluetooth. Excellent for musicians who want to use a tablet or phone for singing rather than using bulky music books. I used it on a Samsung S2 with a program called Setlist Helper. It works very well.
