Looking for anyone in Ontario who can replicate this lure.

I don't want to infringe on Jimmy Houston's patent but I would like a very similar lure recreated.
As close as you can make this lure would be great.
The patterns on both sides would have to be recreated and the exact colours.
If you are up to the task then I am sure I could give you the blanks & hooks that would be the right size.
