My name is Mara Tartamella, and I am a research assistant at Concordia University in Montreal, QC. I am currently recruiting couples in which at least one partner is working to change their diet and/or physical activity habits. Participants can earn up to $250 for taking part in this research study.

Participation includes:

Completing online questionnaires
Attending an in-person visit
Engaging in an online discussion task with your partner
Wearing small portable devices for seven days
