Our dynamic and growing business requires full-time Gutter Installation Technicians, working Monday to Friday installing seamless gutters and performing gutter maintenance. As a new Technician you will be fully trained to protect buildings from the damage that rainwater can cause.

MetroGutter & Home Services based in HRM is a locally owned business, with over 25 years' experience in gutter installation, gutter protection, and repairs & cleaning. Our mission is to protect your home or building with quality workmanship and provide excellent customer service. We are experts in rainwater diversion, identifying problems with existing systems and completing repairs, cleaning and inspections on both new construction and existing residential and commercial properties. We also provide soffit & cladding installation to complement a new rainwater system, or to help update and correct existing damage. MetroGutter is the Elite installer of the Alu-Rex gutter protection system in Nova Scotia. We are also the only company in the Maritimes to offer a half round gutter or box gutter system.

With a strong work ethic, you will bring a high level of dedication necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations. You should enjoy working outdoors with a crew and take pride in a job well done. Previous experience in gutter installation, roofing, or related skills would be considered as an asset but not necessary. You will be joining one of the most recognizable Home Service businesses in HRM.

We hire for attitude/aptitude and train the skills needed to be successful. Applicants with the following will be considered ahead of others.
Above all, a commitment to safety
-A valid Nova Scotia driver's license
-Experience working at heights/on ladders
-Committed to showing up for work every day
-Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment, while being professional and friendly
-Fall Arrest certification considered an asset
