Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the branch manager and team
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
* Assist with account opening procedures and other client services
* Process transactions, maintain records, and prepare reports
* Maintain office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a banking environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
