LOOKING FOR: MAINTENANCE/HANDYMAN

FOR INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO IN GTA
with good customer service skills, own basic set of handyman tools and a vehicle to get to properties the successful candidate will:
-Maintain cleanliness and appearance of properties and;
-Complete basic repairs (minor plumbing, electrical, drywall patching and painting etc….) and;
-Complete basic HVAC unit maintenance (filter changes, belt tightening and general trouble-shooting) and;
-Perform occasional Inspections of Commercial rental units and common areas and;
-Accompany clients and contractors to spaces and;
-Occasionally attend to emergencies after hours/on weekend and; -
