As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced ICF Foreman to lead our field team and deliver exceptional results.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled ICF Foreman to oversee and manage ICF construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ICF systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage on-site crew during all phases of ICF installation and concrete placement
• Interpret and execute construction plans, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work meets safety, code, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Train and mentor laborers and crew members on best practices in ICF construction
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste
• Keep detailed records of progress, site conditions, and timecards

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience with ICF construction, including leadership or supervisory roles
• Proven ability to read blueprints and manage construction schedules
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety
• Ability to operate job site equipment (skid steer, telehandler, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
