We are only a 5-minute walk to a bus route. My family will be gone to the United States as I coach in hockey for the Washington Capitals. We are looking for a mature, responsible, and respectful female student or working professional to live full time in our in-law suite in the basement. The In-Law Suite on the other side of the basement has:

• 1 bathroom
• 1 main living area
• Kitchen and dining area (kitchen supplies included)
• Separate Laundry (behind kitchen)
• Access to full outdoor living (see above)
• This rental comes fully furnished including TV in the main living area
• It is all inclusive including: Hydro, Water, Internet
• 1 parking space
• Only thing shared is the entrance with other female students living in main part of house
• LEASE LENGTH: this is a 12-month lease from June 1st – May 31st
• PRICE: $1150 per month (all inclusive)
