I have a furnished bedroom for rent , as of April 1st . I do ask for a damage deposit of $400 and First months rent on the first of the month , and thereafter . I live here , we would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen. The internet , heat, lights and laundry are included. Please use your own laundry detergent, toiletries, hygiene products & buy own food.
I am a clean person and i expect the same from you. I like to emphasize that this bedroom I am renting is a spacious room, If you are inquiring for more than one person, this is not for you. Again for 1 person only need to inquire.

Also , No pets , No smoking, No vaping and No ganja (weed). No excessive consumption of alcohol, occasionally is okay but not intoxication. No overnight guests allowed .
