Position: Mature Receptionist for Couples Spa
Location: Kitchener, ON

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and personable receptionist to join our team at our hydrotherapy/sauna couples spa. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly yet no-nonsense attitude, be punctual, and trustworthy, with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to post on social media platforms is an asset.This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring no overlaps or errors.

Ability to post on social media platforms

Handle phone calls and emails efficiently and courteously.

Maintain the spa's calendar and ensure all appointments are logged and updated.

Manage client check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

Assist with administrative tasks and spa-related inquiries.

Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the reception area.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Friendly and approachable demeanor with a calm and professional attitude.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.

Knowledge of booking software or willingness to learn.

Preferred:

Experience in the wellness or spa industry.

Fluent in additional languages is a bonus.
