Currently 80% oil life. Non smoking, no collision claims.

No clear coat peel or transmission lockout, an issue with earlier Si and civics


Recent maintenance: rear brakes and rotors (front were done not too long ago), manual transmission fluid, coolant, spark plugs, cabin and engine air filters

Parked all week in -20s this winter and started either no issues despite not being plugged in

Studded hankook winter tires on steel rims. Decent tread

Acura alloy wheels with continental dws performance tires with lots of tread left.

Can include the honda alloy wheels for extra $ or include these instead of acura wheels for less $.

Stock tail lights included, currently has tinted tail lights installed.

Previously registered in AB, passed out of province inspection in 2024.

Stock engine, K20 making 197hp

Some cosmetic things, does not affect drivability. Minor hail damage. Did not notice this when I bought the car.

Drives good, selling because I have too many vehicles.

No cracks on windshield. Ppf on door sills, ppf on fog lights - also tinted, ppf on hood. All weather honda floor mats.

Sunroof, leather steering wheel, steering wheel controls, factory subwoofer/premium sound system.
