Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Associate to sell our premium saffron products to businesses in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals through cold calls, warm calls, and in-person meetings. If you thrive in a commission-based environment and have a passion for sales, this is an exciting opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients (e.g., restaurants, specialty food stores, wholesalers, caterers) in the GTA.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on warm leads to pitch our premium saffron products.
-Arrange and attend in-person meetings with decision-makers to present product samples and close sales.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our saffron brand in the region.
-Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine our sales strategy.

Requirements:
-Comfortable with cold calling, warm calling, and in-person sales approaches.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
-Access to reliable transportation for in-person client visits across the GTA is an asset.
-Knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area market and business landscape is an asset.

Compensation:
-This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
-Earn a competitive percentage of each sale (specific commission rate to be discussed during the interview).
