Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to build a career in sales while earning uncapped residual commissions. The primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and closing sales with clients in need of security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new clients through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

Present and promote security solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Conduct product demonstrations and answer client inquiries.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

Strong interest in sales and business development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Prior sales experience (1 years).

Familiarity with the security industry (1 years).

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
