I am seeking 2 motivated and dynamic Sales Consultants to join my growing team!
My ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position involves engaging with warm clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. A successful Sales Consultant will be proactive, a quick learner (we train), effective with their time, eager for growth and a natural born leader!

Duties
• Conduct sales discover calls working with Alberta families with the leads provided.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with potential and existing clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Skills
• Excellent phone/video etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of managing a sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent follow-up on leads.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus (but not required), enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing an efficient calendar.
