Looking for two roommates to sign onto a one-year lease beginning in May.

Large Master Bedroom (pictures 1-3) has a balcony attached to the room and an ensuite bathroom. Rent is $1400 plus shared utilities.

Standard Bedroom (pictures 4-5) shares a bathroom (last pic) with two other roommates. Rent is $1050 plus shared utilities.

The place has a fully stocked kitchen, a large living room, and free laundry in the unit. It's a penthouse with 2 balconies, 1 of which is 200 square feet with views of North Van. Location is great and is no more than a 10-15 minute walk to anywhere on campus. Currently, two 3rd year guys living here both studying, but all are welcome to apply. We are both studying manufacturing engineering. Deposit for both rooms is $500.
