My fall and winter lease here has been nothing less than amazing and I always said to the landlord the hardest part will be leaving and it truly feels like it. I don't need to try and sell it I am that confident so I would like to get straight to the details…
My lease details are as follows occupancy from SEPTEMBER.3/2024 to MAY.31/2025
Utilities are paid by the landlord and they Split 70/30 between the other rental home occupants and this home. It's easier rather than having all bills changed over. The direct deposits and bills go directly to the property manager but conveniently the landlord lives in the adjacent lot. My Last 2 bills during the chill months were $170 and $150 but I believe the first bill in October $54.84 so expect it to be more in that area. The half of the garage is also available for rent for and additional fee of $75 and I believe wifi connection available for $50. The sewer will also need to be pumped as your final inspection.

I love the spring and was excited to see each of the 3 seasons come and go but I guess it would be my treat to you to see spring. Under the circumstances I'm for ever grateful to have been given this experience it truly has changed my outlook and vision moving forward. It will be short so just bring your bags everything stays for your use! I'm not going to step ahead and say anything before the duckies hatch but I believe the same lease I was offered, MIGHT BE offered to prospective tenants after the summer has concluded and all the family gatherings.
