We have a 36ft (42 ft bumper to pin) 5th wheel 2016 Forest River Sabre Palomino with a bunk room, original owners. We bought new in 2017. Outdoor kitchen, 4 slides, 20 ft power awning covering both entrances, power Jack's, 1 full bathroom with a huge shower with bench, with a second 1/2 bath in bunk room with the second entrance to the camper, washer/dryer hookup, outdoor shower, central vac, two propane connections front and back for portable barbeque that's included and can be bumper mounted. TONS of storage inside and out. Everything works as it should except the fireplace flame light no longer works, but the heat from the fireplace does. It is a few years old, but it's been well-maintained so it does have a few cosmetic flaws, but nothing that affects its use. We love this camper but have decided to sell because of health reasons and our family is grown and moved away so we are looking to downsize. It has 16 ply tires. We are asking $45,000.
