Looking for Experienced Breakfast cook and Line Cook!
For Maplewood Golf Club

As a breakfast/lunch cook you will be expected to work independently, and as a team. The ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a sometimes fast paced environment is crucial. A successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to take direction well. The candidate will be expected to open the restaurant, cook breakfast & lunch dishes, partake in food preparation, cook lunch, and help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Cook dishes to specification.
• Prepare an array of breakfast, lunch, dinner dishes, including specials.
• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a quick output
• Basic Food Preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of front line and kitchen
• Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
• Be able to prepare food in a timely manner.
• Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.

What does a successful breakfast/Lunch cook look like?
• Minimum 1 year culinary experience
· Able to multitask and work under pressure.
· Able to work independently or as a team.
• Are passionate about quality and professionalism.
· Maintains composure and thrives in a fast paced environment.
· Positive attitude
· Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Food Handlers recommended
• Candidate must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed.
• Good communication skills

Ability to commute/relocate:
• St. Pierre -Jolys, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
