* were made in Canada;
* are noticeably better-made than those now made in the Third-World;
* have never been worn or washed;
* show no signs of wear or storage;
* have no noticeable odours;
* have never been exposed to smoke, mold, pets, insects, etc.;
* could easily be individually sold online at a sizable markup.

* I purchased these pants at Costco in Ontario from 2006 thru 2008;
