Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist – Immediate Hiring

Description:

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and direct inquiries as needed
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks when needed
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by providing day-to-day support to the team

Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous office or receptionist experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude

Hours:
• [3-4 hours daily Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM or flexible schedule]

Compensation:
• [$30:00/hour depending on experience or competitive salary]
