* Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
* Keep the reception area organized and inviting, creating a positive atmosphere.
What You'll Need:
* Experience in a customer service role, ideally in a service-oriented industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and scheduling software.
