This position has a strong focus on customer satisfaction; providing exceptional client support and assistance from beginning to end of process. The Bilingual Service Coordinator is responsible to ensure the customer has the right product/service to meet their needs and requirements, this position requires a sense of urgency, diplomacy with strong desire to take care of the customer. Thinking outside the box, organized and highly efficient are key requirements for this position. Cross functionality including working closely with department staff on day-to-day initiatives is essential to ensure department goals and targets are met.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Schedule Service Calls for all divisions i.e.: X-ray, General Automation, including:
o Accurately quoting clients.
o Scheduling Technicians for:
Regular maintenance/ service on new and existing client equipment
Testing at CLIENT lab.
Warranty/courtesy site visits related to service calls.
o Coordinate, facilitate and approve travel arrangements for technicians as required.
• Certificate Processing
o Compile and administer Machine Certificates issued by techs and send final versions to clients.
• Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors to execute sales orders and on-going projects including but not limited to CSA/ESA and PHSR inspections.
• Compile and provide appropriate documentation to governing bodies as requested by external sources (example: clearance certificates, applicable safety approved policies, checklists etc.)
• Coordinate, calibrate and track tech supplies:
o RAD meters
o Calibrated weights
• Primary on promoting/selling and educating clients on services we offer:
o Yearly certifications required by law.
o Yearly maintenance services, operator, and other training, etc.
• Creating, updating, maintaining, and organizing service processes.
• Administrative duties to support the Service and Parts Department as required.
• Back up to Service Coordinator
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in a Customer Service or equivalent experience;
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH
• 3 years' experience in a similar role/industry;
• Ability to manage workload and meet stringent deadlines;
• Exemplary customer service skills; High energy, positive attitude;
• Proactive with a focus on what we “can do”;
• Effective organizational and time management skills;
• Sound knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Flexible, self-motivated and driven to achieve results;
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to problem solve;
• Excellent verbal/written communication in both French and English:
• Strong understanding of the products and services that are available to our customers;
• Solid analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
Working conditions

• Lifting or moving up to 20lbs may be required
$50-65k
