Utilities including internet are included in the rent. No smoking or pets are allowed (might consider a small pet for an extra fee). A one-year lease is required (6 months might be considered). A friendly small cat lives here that will give you lots of cuddles.

Poplar District Park is across the street with some nice trails that lead to a lake. Tim Hortons, Rexall, and 7-11 are a 3 min walk away. Parking can be included for an extra $75/month.
