TERMS:
1. The subject property will be sold on an "as is" basis only. There are no representations or warranties, expressed or implied.

2. All tenders must be submitted in writing and delivered to MLT Aikins LLP at the address below by 3:00 pm on April 7, 2025.

3. Each tender shall be accompanied by a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft payable to MLT Aikins LLP in the amount of 10% of the tendered bid. If the tender is not accepted the cheque will be returned to the bidder.

4. The successful bidder will be notified on or before and the balance of purchase price will be paid within 30 days.

5. The successful bidder must enter into an Agreement for Sale with the vendor.

6. If the successful bidder does not complete the purchase on the terms and within the time specified, the deposit will be forfeited.

7. The highest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
