The room is a private room with a lock, and it has its own washroom with toilet, sink, and shower.

I am looking to move out on May 7th, and move back for Nov 1st. I will give a very significant discount for the month of May's rent. I will also discount the rent for the other months as well. My rent is 900 per month, but I will rent for 850 per month. If you prefer a private washroom and shower then this room may be a good option for you.

There is a kitchen which is shared with 4 other roommates who are all females, and have been living here for a long time.

For the month of May, because I am not moving out until May 7th, I will charge only 200 dollars for the month.

You do not need anything to move in. It comes furnished and I can even wash the bedding and leave it on the bed. There is some dishes, cutlery, a pot, a pan.

It is preferable if you are someone who does not cook a lot.
