A hard rubber Meyer 5M soprano saxophone mouthpiece. Picked this up quite a few years ago, haven't played soprano sax in years. Comes with a Rovner leather ligature and cap. The scratching on the top of the mouthpiece are just from the threads on the ligature screw. $260 value new.
