Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing/ Recruiter position at Jobs For All Inc. in Brampton, ON. The role involves sales, marketing, full-time cycle recruiting, hiring, and effective communication with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

1. Generates leads for potential sales opportunities

2. Guides, assists and supports in the development and implementation of sales strategies to generate new business; Coaches & monitors the sales opportunity

3. Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience
Client contact and relationship management

4. Actively recruiting, screening, sourcing and booking candidates for interviews

5. Matching candidates to open positions and presenting candidates with job opportunities

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year of Sales and Recruiting experience.
2. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests,
3. Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure
