The community is full of families with kids, and people enjoying their retirement. The neighborhood tends to be quiet so it's good if you are trying to study or get a good nights sleep.

It has it's own private entrance and shared laundry room. The suite comes with a full kitchen and bath.
Bedrooms have carpeted floors and hallways are hardwood. All utilities are included, With high speed internet.
