Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / Administrative Professional to support our client in managing a newly established family office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking in both operations and administration and can work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, phone calls, and correspondence.
* Oversee administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
* Assist with HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding.
* Manage office supplies and equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
