Good Day Everyone,

I'm looking for some additional help. Hoping to find people who want to learn new skills, can work hard, show up, stay out of the porta-potty, off your phone, make jokes, laugh, think for themselves, communicate in clear, very clear English (seriously please don't call me or apply unless your communication is good), respect safety but don't live in a bubble, like team lunches and don't shoot themselves with a nail gun. Hoping you know a 2x4 does not measure 2x4, know where a joist, stud and rafter go. Also if you own a level that's a plus, I don't need yours just happy that you own one. I have a women on my crew, she's awesome, if that's an issue for you... well you know what to do. We work in poor weather but not bad weather. If you need time off to do something I'll need you to ask and plan not disappear. Good news is we have all high quality tools, work intelligently, have fun, practice in current construction techniques and can do anything everything from a bare lot (blasting included) to the last piece of trim. I love us, maybe you'd fit right in.
