What We're Looking For:
We seek motivated and self-driven commission-only Independent Sales subcontractors to promote and sell Deleon Affordable Roofing services to prospective clients. As an independent subcontractor, you can manage your schedule, build your client base, and maximize your earnings through a competitive commission structure. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals with strong sales skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.

In this role, you will:
* Service Leads Provided by Deleon Affordable Roofing: Manage and close 5-15 pre-qualified leads per month, ensuring excellent client care and follow-through.
* Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong connections with clients to foster trust and drive repeat business.
* Present and Demonstrate Products: Showcase our roofing solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
* Negotiate and Close Sales: Work with clients to achieve optimal outcomes, finalizing contracts to meet or exceed personal revenue goals.
* Provide Sales Updates: Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and overall performance.
* Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine and adapt your sales strategies.
* Participate in Team Meetings and Training: Stay engaged with the team and continuously sharpen your skills.
