This unit is 27' long with a one- piece roof, gas or electric fridge and hot water tank, gas heating furnace, and air conditioning, outside BBQ hookup, 16' awning with lowering bar, four jacks with cranking handle.
Bunk beds are in the rear and can also be accessed from outside with lots of storage space under the bed and has a cabinet above.
Queen size bed in the front with overhead cabinets and tv stand. Each side of the bed have night stands and cabinets. The bed lifts up with lots of storage space under it and can also be accessed from the outside.
Bathroom has a tube, shower and toilet. The sink, storage cabinet, vanity and med cabinet are just outside the bathroom.
Fold down dinette table with two bench seats with plenty of storage space under the seats and above the dinette table
Kitchen area is equipped with fridge, three burner gas range, oven, microwave, double sink and plenty of storage room.
Black, grey and fresh water indicator is located in kitchen area.
It has a couch that folds down into a bed with cabinets above.
Comes equipped with surround sound speakers, tv, cable hookup and antenna, 5/8" ball receiver, torsion bars, two 30Lb propane tanks, battery, spare 15” tire and all travel lights work.
Everything works and has no leaks. It has an added roof vent cover so if you forget to close it when traveling or raining out, it will protect the vent and trailer.
Will throw in a large outdoor mat, axe, sewer pressure cleaning attachment, higher quality sewer drain hose, different plug-in adaptors, dishes and other misc. camping items. The generator is negotiable.
It has a couple minor aesthetic fixes that I will take care of or we can adjust the price accordingly. It is fairly clean but does need some attention due to sitting.
The trailer has sat unused for most of the time, it's only made a number of trips to Cold Lake, once to Slave Lake, once to the Crow's Nest Pass, twice into BC and twice to David Thompson Alberta, approximately 12,000 Kilometer on the trailer.
