Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive business growth in North America, with a focus on both maintaining existing customer relationships (Farming) and developing new business opportunities (Hunting). The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, preferably in industrial refrigeration, food processing equipment, or capital equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new customers in the food processing and cold storage industries, driving adoption of our freezing solutions.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships, understand their business challenges, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Partner with contractors, engineers, and distributors to increase product penetration in commercial and institutional projects.
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and forums to generate leads and represent the company.
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Track and analyze market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications:
3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial refrigeration, food processing machinery or manufacturing equipment).
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
Strong technical sales skills and ability to understand mechanical, refrigeration, cooling systems,and industrial equipment specifications.
Experience working with engineering teams, contractors, and plant managers.
Proven ability to manage key accounts while actively prospecting new customers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend trade shows.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
