Apollo Explore scooter

Recently heavily serviced with brand new tires front and back including inner tubes, brand new disk breaks front/back, brand new break pads front and back, upgraded brand new thumb throttle, wheel bolt covers, new deck grip tape. All bearings have been lubricated as well.
Also rechargeable Smart4U helmet with rear break light includid. The scooter is lightly used, amazing and a total thrill to ride! First setting speed 30 km, second setting speed 46km, third setting speed 63 kmh and the range is 55 to 60 km. It can basically keep up with city traffic. Asking 1,700$ O.B.O price is not firm willing to negotiate.
