We're looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, managing correspondence, and providing excellent customer service.
Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Antique, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering excellent customer service and facilitating the enrollment and monitoring processes. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for professionalism and reliability in the community.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and assist with inquiries.
- Manage front desk tasks, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Accurately perform data entry to maintain client records.
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
- Help schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before submission.
- Work with team members to improve office processes and client service.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in office management or as a receptionist, ideally in a legal or financial setting.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software.
- Excellent time management skills for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
