Hello! My name is Nina, and I am an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting youth with diverse needs. Here's a little about my experience:
Psychology & Youth Mental Health: I have completed 2 years of university in Psychology with a focus on youth and a 2-year college degree specializing in youth mental health and addictions.
10 Years Experience: Over the past 10 years, I have worked as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) for youth with autism, providing care, support, and guidance tailored to individual needs.
Inclusion & Youth Development: I've also had the opportunity to work as an Inclusion Worker and with a drama and dance company that catered to youth with disabilities, helping foster self-expression, confidence, and social skills.
Overnight Summer Camp Experience: For several summers, I have been involved with overnight summer camps for youth with special needs, providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for campers to grow and learn.
I'm available to work mornings (6:00 AM - 12:00 PM), evenings, or overnights (6:00 PM onwards). I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and providing the support they need to thrive.
