Job Title: Juki Sewing Machine Operator
Location: Hwy 7 and East Beaver Creek
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:15 am – 3:45 pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Juki Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Juki industrial sewing machines to stitch, assemble, and finish garments or other textile products. This role requires precision, speed, and the ability to follow patterns, instructions, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Juki industrial sewing machines to sew, stitch, and assemble fabric pieces according to specifications.
• Read and interpret patterns, designs, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Ensure high-quality stitching with proper tension, alignment, and finishing.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sewing machines to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings, thread tension, and fabric placement for different materials as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sewing machine operator, preferably using Juki machines.
• Strong knowledge of different fabrics, stitches, and sewing techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for sewing machines.
• Physical stamina to sit and operate machinery for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in garment, upholstery, or textile manufacturing.
• Knowledge of various industrial sewing techniques (e.g., overlocking, double stitching).
• Familiarity with different types of Juki machines (e.g., lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch).
