Job Site Deficiency / Maintenance Personnel

The ideal candidate will be, a team player, punctual, thorough but fast, energetic and eager to learn a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities
Every day job site tasks
Installing curtain rods, bath hardware and mirrors on new builds
Material deliveries to and from job sites
Job site clean up
Snow clearing
Painting, install baseboards, replace blinds
Landscaping
Bringing your own hand tools and having the right ones for the job

Skills Required
Able to drive a truck and trailer
Good physical health being able to use ladders and work outdoors
Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Detailed oriented
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Outgoing, Friendly and Energetic
Professionalism
Ability to drive and tow a Skid Steer
Class 3 license would be an asset but not required
