Duties:
• Maintain, troubleshoot networks and computer workstations.
• Install/update application software and computer hardware.
• Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of all company computers and co-ordinate access to staff.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and related software problems.
• Install and configure security software such as firewalls and anti-virus tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot internet connections, Windows OS.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and network devices.
• Connect computers to wired and wireless local area networks.
• Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations.
Language: English
Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience: 3 years of work experience.
