Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team? We are seeking a part-time Office Coordinator & Secretary to help manage our daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing files and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
Hours: Flexible part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week.
