Prefer female as its myself and my daughter (adult).
No laundry on site at this time.
Parking not guaranteed. Walking distance to the schools. Near a bus route.
Walking distance to a Tims, shopping and fast food.

Heat, lights, and wifi included. $700 per month.
First and last month required upfront.
Must have a clear criminal record check.

There is a cat here already which maxes the apartment out for pets. No more will be allowed.
