Spring cleaning is starting to creep in most minds. Some looking forward to it, while others.. well.. it's a sunny day.. something better to do than cleaning.

Once the old ,outdated caulking is removed, the area is disinfected, dried, and only then can it receive a premium fungicide infused caulking in the appropriate colour(s). The cost to do a typical tub/surround is 90. For walk in showers there are so many different sizes and designs, pictures would need to be supplied. Additional charges for windows in wash areas that need attention , acrylic units with what is known as an acrylic topper, that's basically like doing another tub but on the ceiling lol.. Also if there was any product other than a silicone caulking currently applied and had to be removed( fairly rare but I run into this at times.. some are super difficult to remove).
The work takes approximately 60 min. typically 60-90, and the area can be used again in six hours, so it is not in any way an inconvenience to a busy household. Tubs, surrounds, showers, shower, doors, vanities, sinks,backsplashes ( kitchen and bathroom) And yes, even toilets too. Whether it is for looks only or to remove the mold, the choice is yours..
